2 Tablespoon of Medium Ground coffee per cup


Pour Over brewing can be an art form unto itself. It can also be a quick and efficient way to start your day.

Step 1. Grind 21 grams of coffee on a medium setting.

Step 2. Use hot water to rinse filter.

Step 3. Add Coffee to filter.

Step 4. Pour a small amount of hot water to saturate the grounds.

Step 5. Wait 40 seconds for the grounds to bloom.

Step 6. Using a circular motion, pour the remainder of the 12 ounces of water over the grounds.

Step 7. Swirl (or stir) the coffee to level the grounds, and wait while it brews.

Step 8. Enjoy your coffee!
